Prakash Rai is from lower Solukhumbu he has started his career in the tourism industry in 2002 being a trekking porter and became a trekking guide and sirdar after completing his trekking guide course from Nepal tourism and hotel management depart.
Now he has gained a lack of experience in taking care of customers depending on the situation and physical conditions. He knows how to care for and understand their feeling about altitude and the adventure team for mountains.
